CULTURE CULTURE
What we are trying to do?
We are trying to do work that we can be proud about – work that is smart, hard to do, takes people by surprise, appreciates their time and intelligence, and brings massive commercial returns for our clients.
Is there any bigger goal?
Yes, there is. We are on a mission (sorry for the word) to bring Baltic creativity to the world.
Why do people come to work here?
We are blessed – the best and brightest people in our business come here to work with the best and brightest peers there are united by ambition to produce the best work of their lives.
Do we foster a specific culture?
Yes, we do! And here are the
words to describe it.
Results over process
In our work, you can have either a tidy process or a great result. A great result never comes from a linear process. The overwhelming majority of agencies and clients prioritize the process, which makes their lives easier.
The majority also claim to focus on both (results and process), meaning only one thing – they focus on the process. We focus on the results. Our lives are not easy. Our lives are messy.
We dare
We dare to do things that have not been done before. We get a lot of trouble for that, but if we don’t dare, who then will?
Respect for craft
Craft is not a nice thing to have. Better craft does not merely make an idea better – craft makes or breaks the idea. It is hard to do, it requires years of experience, and it cannot be simply outsourced.
Action over overthinking
We are working in an industry in which thinking is worshipped. Hence, everyone is thinking and doing nothing. Action is a competitive advantage when everyone is paralysed in their great thoughts. We make use of it.
No bullshit
Quite simply, the marketing world is a
haven for bullshit. We can’t escape it,
but we don’t embrace it. Bullshit
produces bullshit work, and you can’t be
proud of bullshit work.
